ประวัติ แมตต์ เดมอน (Matt Damon)
แมตต์ เดมอน (Matt Damon) หรือ แมตทิว เพจ เดมอน (Matthew Paige Damon) เกิดวันที่ 8 ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 1970 นักแสดงชายชาวอเมริกัน เคยได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลออสการ์ในสาขานักแสดงนักยอดเยี่ยม เขาอยู่ในรายชื่อนักแสดงชายแถวหน้าของวงการภาพยนตร์ และนักแสดงระดับต้นๆ ของวงการฮอลลีวูด เขายังถูกจัดอันดับให้เป็นหนึ่งใน 20 นักแสดงที่ทำรายได้มากที่สุดตลอดกาลในปี 2007 และเขายังอยู่ในรายชื่อผู้ชายที่เซ็กซี่ที่สุดที่ยังมีชีวิตอยู่ที่จัดอันดับโดยนิตยสาร Preple

เส้นทางในวงการบันเทิงของ แมตต์ เดมอน เริ่มต้นตั้งแต่สมัยที่เขายังเรียนอยู่ระดับชั้นมัธยมด้วยแสดงภาพยนตร์เรื่องแรกเรื่อง Mystic Pizza ต่อมาในปีค.ศ. 1997 เขาได้แสดงและร่วมกันเขียนบทภาพยนตร์เรื่อง Good Will Hunting ร่วมกับ เบน แอฟเฟล็ก (Ben Affleck) เพื่อนเก่าของเขา โดยภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ได้รับรางวัลออสการ์และลูกโลกทองคำสาขาบทภาพยนตร์ดั้งเดิมยอดเยี่ยม โดยภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ทำให้เขาได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลออสการ์ในสาขานักแสดงนักยอดเยี่ยมอีกด้วย หลังจากนั้น แมตต์ เดมอน ก็มีผลงานการแสดงอีกมากมาย จนมาถึงปีค.ศ. 1998 เขาได้รวมแสดงในภาพยนตร์เรื่อง Saving Private Ryan ของผู้กำกับ สตีเวน สปีลเบิร์ก (Steven Spielberg) และได้ร่วมงานกับนักแสดงมากความสามารถอย่าง ทอม แฮงส์ (Tom Hanks) โดยภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ก็กวาดรางวัลไปอย่างมากมายในหลายเวที ส่งผลให้ชื่อเสียงของ แมตต์ เดมอน ยิ่งโด่งดังขึ้นไปอีก
